Pinpoint is delighted to share that Trevor Giroux has been promoted to the executive leadership role of Head of Client Services at Pinpoint Predictive.
Trevor previously served as Pinpoint’s SVP, Client Services and he has successfully guided multiple clients through successful commercial deployments of our platform. Prior to joining Pinpoint, Trevor held positions as Senior Director Customer Success at SambaSafety, as well as Director roles at Carpe Data and Insurity. In his career, he has led a variety of projects designed to enrich client interactions with their data and technology. Trevor’s experience spans the entire policy lifecycle, from core systems to alternative data sources and beyond. His approach focuses on tailoring solutions to the unique needs of each client; leveraging technology and data to enhance their experience.

Trevor’s promotion was facilitated by the decision to have, Shannon Shallcross move into the role of Strategic Advisor, where she can provide guidance in various areas and help drive Pinpoint towards its strategic goals. Further, this new role allows Shannon to more effectively leverage her years of experience in analytics and insurance to lead Pinpoint on its mission of supporting P&C insurers’ achievement of profitable and fair growth, while helping them serve their policyholders in the most equitable way.
